Lots This Assignment Is Not Divided Into Lots. Purpose The Framework Agreement, With An Effective Date Of November 1, 2026, Is Entered Into For An Initial Term Of Two (2) Years. The Client Has The Right, With Mutual Consent Of The Parties, To Extend This Framework Agreement Two (2) Times, Each Time For A Period Of Two (2) Years. The Maximum Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Therefore Six (6) Years. The Decision-Making Regarding This Extension(S) Is Based On An Evaluation Of The Performance Of The Services Provided. Maximum Contract Value The Maximum Contract Value In The Context Of This Framework Agreement Is Set At € 250,000 Per Year Excluding Vat, Considered Over The Term Of The Framework Agreement, Including Extension Options.
