The Project Documentation, Including The Building Permit, Is Completely Processed Only For Action No. 1 And Forms An Attachment To The Tender Documentation. Furthermore, The Subject Of The Work Is The Provision Of A Valid Approval Decision, Or Securing A Valid Decision On Permission To Use The Building. Action No. 2 - Repair Of Paved Surfaces The Subject Of Performance Is The Repair Or Construction Of Paved Areas: - Realization Of Two Parking Spaces At The Apartment Building No. 99 (1X Paving Surface And 1X Gravel Surface, Including Underlying Layers) On The Plots Of Parc. No. 134 And Parc. No. 25/1 In The Municipal Office Of Malá Březno, - Repair Of The Sidewalk (Including The Underlying Layers) In Vysoké Březno In A Length Of Approx. 90 M On The Parcels Of The Park. No. 167/1 And Parc. No. 181/4 In C.Ú. Little March. The Performance Includes All Related Construction Work Necessary For The Proper Completion Of The Work. • Action No. 3 - Replacement Of Fencing The Subject Of The Performance Is The Dismantling Of The Existing Steel Fencing, The Removal Of The Related Concrete Structures And The Realization Of A New Fencing Made Of System Concrete Elements. The Existing Steel Fence Will Be Gently Dismantled And Stored For Further Use By The Client. The Work Includes The Removal Of Concrete Footings And The Existing Concrete Foundation, While The Excavated Concrete Will Be Sent For Recycling. The New Fencing Will Be Made Of System Concrete Elements (Slabs And Posts With One Visible Side). The Total Length Of The Fencing Is Approx. 45 M And The Height Is Approx. 2.0 M. The Completion Also Includes The Realization Of The Adjoining Paved Area Made Of Concrete Paving Including The Underlying Layers, The Installation Of Wooden Viewing Frames And The Planting Of Greenery.
