Laukaa Teknisset Tukipalvelut Oy Requests Your Offer For The Winter Maintenance Work Of The Traffic And Other Public Areas Of The Streets Of Leppävesi In Laukaa Municipality, Real Estate And Rental Apartments In The Scope According To The Tender Documents. The Sites Are Located In The Leppävesi Agglomeration. Street Kilometers In The Leppävesi Area (Indicative) 1St Class Streets: 10.5 Km, 2 Class Streets: 12.5 Km, 3 Class Streets 7.5 Km And Light Traffic Lanes Approx. 9 Km. Please Note That The Widths Of The Roads Vary. The Properties Are The Properties Of Laukaa Rental Homes And Properties Owned By Laukaa Municipality In The Leppävesi Area In The Scope According To The Appendix. The Contract Areas (Streets) Are Presented In Appendices 1A The Contract Areas (Properties) Are Presented In Appendix 1 Bthe Street Maintenance Classifications Are Presented In Appendix 1C The Contract Complies With The Law On Maintenance And Cleanliness Of The Street And Certain Public Areas, 31.8.1978/669. An Exception To The Above-Mentioned Division Of Responsibilities Is The Sidewalks Located Near Small House Properties, Whose Winter Maintenance Is Included In Its Entirety To The Municipality And Is Part Of This Contract. The Product Descriptions Of The Task Cards Define The Site-Specific Procedure, Quality And Equipment Requirements. The Job Site Maps Are Attached To The Request For Tender Documents, On Which The Treated Roads And Areas Are Marked By Treatment Category (Appendices 1A, 1B And 1C). The Work Includes The Winter Maintenance Work Of The Roadways, Separate And Elevated Light Traffic Lanes, Sidewalks, Bus Shelters (14 Canopies, 5 Parking Pockets) And Parking Areas Marked In The Quantity Lists And Work Site Maps Of The Aforementioned Areas To The Extent Specified In The Task Cards And In Accordance With The Quality Requirements And Work Explanations Stated In Them. The Work Includes Winter Maintenance Work In Accordance With The Quality Requirements Of The Task Cards. It Should Be Noted That The Starting Limits For Plowing According To The Task Cards Are Cumulative. Care And Maintenance Of Traffic Lanes And Areas Winter Maintenance Work Carried Out In Accordance With The Quality And Functional Goals Of The Task Cards:• Plowing From Light Traffic Lanes, Carriageways And Lp Areas, Task Cards 1, 2 And 3• Plowing Indication 4• Slip Prevention From Light Traffic Lanes, Carriageways, Lp Areas Task Cards 5 And 6• Leveling Of The Surface And Removal Of Debris, Task Card 7• Removal Of Slush, Task Card 8• Snow Handling, Local Transport And Shoveling, Task Card 9• Snow Loading And Transport, Task Card 10• Winter Work In Yard Areas, Task Card 11• Plowing Around The Hyperpressure Hall, Task Card 12 The Contractor Must Take Care Of The Necessary Traffic Arrangements Related To (His Own Work Performance). The Work Must Follow The Instructions And Regulations Regarding Road Maintenance And Temporary Traffic Arrangements. The Placing Of Snow On The Street And Green Areas Must Be Agreed In Advance With The Customers Supervisor. If Necessary, The Removal Of Snow To Snow Dumping Sites Is Carried Out In Heavy Snow Winter Seasons With A Separate Order Given By The Customer. The Removal Of Snow Is Carried Out As A Unit Price Contract At The Price According To The Offer. However, The Customer Reserves The Right To Do The Work As His Own Work As Well. The Winter Maintenance Of Basic Improvement Sites In The Street Area And Work Sites Subject To Street Work Permits Belongs To The Regional Contractor In Those Parts When The Site Is Used By Public Traffic And Can Be Serviced Mechanically. The Details Must Be Negotiated With The Builder Or Supervisor Of The Work Site. The Contractor Must Assist In The Cleanup Of Traffic Accidents In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Task Card. If The Contractor Is Required To Give A Statement About The Circumstances Related To The Accident, The Statement Will Be Given Without Separate Compensation.
