The Contract Will Be Implemented As A Total Price Main Contract, Where The Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And Is Responsible For Site Management Duties, Construction Site Services, Work Safety And Coordination Of The Contract Performance. In The Project, The Current Oil Heating System Will Be Completely Dismantled And A Geothermal Heating System Will Be Built As A Replacement, Whose Back-Up Heating Is Electricity. The Demolition Also Includes The Proper Cleaning And Removal Of The Oil Tank Located Outside The Building. The New Geothermal System Will Be Connected To The Buildings Current Water-Circulating Heat Distribution Network And To The Existing Building Automation System. In Addition, The Project Will Implement The Changes To The Electrical System, Automation System And Heating System According To The Tender Documents, Which Are Related To The Installation, Commissioning And Connection Of The New Geothermal System To The Existing Systems Of The Building.
