Contract For The Delivery Of Service, Maintenance, Repair And Storage Of Boats . Descriptionthe Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into An Agreement For The Delivery Of Service, Maintenance, Repair And Storage Of Boats Belonging To The Oslo Police District (Opd) And The Police Security Service (Pst), Hereinafter Referred To As The Employer. The Agreement Must Include Any Purchases Of Material Associated With The Boats And The Service. The Number Of Boats The Principal Has Can Decrease And Increase During The Contract Period. As A Result, The Client Cannot Commit To A Minimum Consumption/Withdrawal On The Agreement. The Agreement Shall Apply To The Boats The Client Has At All Times, But Does Not Obligate The Client To Exclusively Use The Chosen Supplier. The Subcontracts Under This Procurement Are Non-Exclusive. The Procurement Is Divided Into Four Sub-Contracts. The Supplier Can Submit An Offer For One, Several Or All Subcontracts. All Boats Within One Subcategory Must Be Included In Each Respective Subcontract. The Client Does Not Have A Limited Number Of Subcontracts That Can Be Awarded To One Supplier. The Client Reserves The Right To Award One, Several Or All Subcontracts To The Same Supplier, If The Overall Offer From This Supplier Meets The Award Criteria Better Overall, Cf. Procurement Regulations Section 19-4 Fifth Paragraph. The Client Reserves The Right To Award One Or More Subcontracts Even If Not All Subcontracts Can Be Awarded.
