Subject Of Assignment With This Order Is: Repair And Maintenance Of Air Conditioners And Air Conditioning Systems For Sites Of Territorial Directorates Of The Customs Agency. The Subject Of The Order, Including Each Of The Individual Positions, Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: Initial Examination And Diagnosis Of Air Conditioners And Air Conditioning Systems; Issuance Of An Expert Assessment In Case Of Impossibility Or Unprofitability To Repair The Damage; Subscription Preventive Maintenance Of Air Conditioners And Air Conditioning Systems; An Option That Includes The Repair Of Air Conditioners And Air Conditioning Systems, Including Delivery, Dismantling And Installation Of Spare Parts (If Necessary). When In The Subject Of The Order The Contracting Authority Has Provided For An Option, Then Offering Such An Option In The Participants Offer Is Mandatory. If He Has Offered The Option In His Offer, The Contractor Has No Right To Refuse Its Implementation, Nor To Change The Conditions For Its Implementation Until The Expiration Of The Term For Its Use. In This Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Takes Advantage Of The Opportunity Provided By Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop And Will Assign A Separate Position No. 6 In The Order Valid For Its Individual Estimated Value, Namely By Direct Assignment. The Estimated Value Of The Separate Item Does Not Exceed 79,998.77 Euros/156,464 Leva, And The Estimated Value Is In The Amount Of 25,000.00 (Twenty-Five Thousand) Euros/48,895.75 (Forty-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred And Ninety-Five Leva And Seventy-Five Cents) Leva, Which Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In View Of The Above, Through This Open Procedure, The Services Subject To Specific Positions No. 1, 2, 3, 4 And 5 Will Be Awarded, The Total Estimated Value Of Which Is In The Amount Of 652,540.00 (Six Hundred And Fifty-Two Thousand Five Hundred And Forty) Euros/1,276,257.31 (One Million Two Hundred And Seventy-Six Thousand Two Hundred And Fifty-Seven Bgn And Thirty-One Cents) Bgn Without Vat.
