The Public Order Includes Activities To Ensure The Right To Use, Renew And Maintain Software Products Under Four Separate Items, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Provision Of Licenses For The Right To Use And Support For The Dbms - Ibm Informix Enterprise Edition Of Dg Graao; Separate Position No. 2: Renewal Of Software Licenses For Mdaemon For The Needs Of Dg Graao; Separate Position No. 3: Subscription Support Of Pp Elit Hotel, Pp Elit Hotel - Reception, Pp Elit Restaurant And Pp Elit Restaurant-Orders, Supto For The Needs Of The Site Shabla Of The Administration Of The Council Of Ministers (Ams); Separate Position No. 4: Subscription Support Of Pp Elite Hotel, Pp Elite Hotel - Reception, Pp Elite Restaurant And Pp Elite Order Waiters - Android Module For The Needs Of The Euxinograd Economy Of The Administration Of The Council Of Ministers (Ams) Bids Shall Be Submitted Only For Item No. 1 And Item No. 2. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464 For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Order.
