The Current Procedure Aims To Conclude A Framework Agreement Between The Municipality Of Byala Slatina And Potential Contractors, Which Does Not Specify All The Conditions For Awarding The Individual Contracts. The Contracting Authority Decides To Hold A Public Competition For The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement, In Which Not All Conditions Are Defined. The Maximum Number Of Potential Contractors With Whom The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Framework Agreement Is Up To 3 (Three) Or A Smaller Number If There Is Not A Sufficient Number Of Participants Who Meet The Selection Criteria Or The Previously Announced Conditions Of The Contracting Authority The Scope And Volume Of The Individual Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Will Depend On The Specific Need, As Well As On The Requirements Of The Regulatory Framework During The Term Of The Framework Agreement.
