The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right, In The Course Of Execution Of The Order, If Necessary, To Include Additional Objects For The Provision Of W&C Services Falling Within The Designated Territory Of The Operator V And K Ood, Kardzhali, According To The General Terms And Conditions For The Provision Of Water Supply Services To Users By The W&K Operator V And K Ood, Kardzhali, Approved By The State Electricity Regulatory Commission With Decision No. Ou-09 Of 11.08.2014 - Item. 21. The Specific Volume Of The Public Procurement, Respectively The Specific Quantity Of Supply Of Drinking Water, Removal And Treatment Of Waste Water, Cannot Be Determined In Advance, As It Will Be Determined By The Real Needs Of The Objects (Real Consumption) Within The Term Of The Contract For Awarding The Public Procurement. The Value Of The Contract For The Award Of The Public Procurement Cannot Be Determined In Advance, As It Will Be Determined By The Actual Consumption Of Objects Of The Municipality Of Krumovgrad For The Term Of The Contract And The Regulated Prices In Effect For The Relevant Period. The Estimated Value Is Indicative And It Is Possible That It Will Not Be Exhausted Or Will Be Exceeded In View Of The Impossibility Of Predicting The Regulated Price For The Supply Of Drinking Water, Removal And Treatment Of Waste Water And The Amount Of Consumption For A Future Period.
