Tenders Are Invited For Medicines Of Group A16

The Purpose Of This Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Group A16 Drugs On The Basis Of The Descriptions Given In Appendix 1. The Procurement Is Divided Into 3 Parts. The Offer May Be Submitted For One Or More Parts. The Expected Quantities Indicated In Appendix 1 Are Based On The Previous Experience Of The Procurer And Are Not Binding For The Execution Of The Framework Contract. The Procurer Orders Products In Accordance With The Real Need Arising From The Provision Of Healthcare Services And Is Not Obliged To Buy Out The Expected Quantities. The Procurer Has The Right To Increase The Quantity Of The Medicine Specified In Appendix 1 By 30% Of The Tenders Cost, Which Is Also The Maximum Cost Of The Framework Contract. The Draft Of The Framework Contract Is Presented In Appendix 2.
