Within The Framework Of This Tender, The Inefficient, Depreciated, Oversized Heat Pipeline Parts Of The District Heating Network Of The Narva Grid Area Must Be Reconstructed In Order To Obtain An Energy-Saving And More Reliable Heat Network. The Old Heat Pipeline Must Be Replaced With A New Pre-Insulated Heat Pipeline In Accordance With The Valid Technical Norms, Standards, Technical Approvals, Work Projects And In The Volume And Scope Specified In The Basic Procurement Documents.
