Tenders are invited for Research for Transitional Justice Roadmap Deadline: 14 June 2026 Overall Objective: To conduct research among conflict-affected groups in five to seven governorates of Yemen to better understand their perceptions and experiences regarding justice and their implications for a transitional justice roadmap. Specific Objectives: · Document and categorize the experiences, impacts, and priorities of conflict-affected individuals and communities. · Capture experiences and perspectives from multiple governorates to ensure the findings reflect the diversity of local contexts. · Analyze how experiences and needs differ across demographic groups, including gender, age, social status, and other relevant characteristics. · Generate findings to inform context-responsive programming and policy discussions. Responsibilities and Deliverables This assignment is structured in four phases: Phase 1: Inception and Research Design Prepare the inception report outlining the methodology, work plan, timeline, research tools,implementation approach, and governorate level report template. Identify target governorates and affected groups, and establish ethical protocols for fieldwork. Submit it to the Sanaa Center for review and approval. Deliverable: Approved Inception Report and Data Collection Tools (2,000-word report + Annexes) Phase 2: Data Collection and Preliminary Analysis Conduct primary data collection across five to seven governorates, including interviews and focus groups with affected communities. Conduct data collection activities in accordance with the approved methodology, carry out preliminary data analysis, and provide the Sanaa Center with regular updates and a debriefing on progress, key observations, and initial findings. Draft one report per governorate. Deliverable: Primary data, one report per governorate (2000 words max), summary of initial findings and comparative analysis, and debrief Phase 3: Validation and Report Drafting Analyze the collected data and prepare a comprehensive final report that includes findings, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations. Clean, organize, and submit the final datasets in an accessible format. Submit the report to the Sanaa Center within the agreed timeline. Deliverable: Final report (12,000 words) and complete datasets. Phase 4: Dissemination and Engagement Coordinate, organize, and facilitate dissemination meetings, presentations, or stakeholder briefings to present the findings and respond to feedback and questions from relevant stakeholders.
