Tenders are invited for Procurement of Services for Street Cleaning, Refuse Collection and Disposal, including Carting Away of Post Cyclonic Waste within the Township of Curepipe (Lot 1) for a Period of 24 Months. 1. The Municipal Town Council of Curepipe is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the Procurement of services for street cleaning, Refuse collection and Disposal, including Carting Away of Post Cyclonic Waste within the Township of Curepipe (Lot 1) for a period of 24 months 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: Municipality of Curepipe/IFB/2026/572 3.Bidders shall be registered with the Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change as Contractor. The procurement is being conducted through Open National Bidding procedures according to the provisions of the Mauritius Public Procurement Act 2006 as amended. 4. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Monday 06 July 2026 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian Time) at the latest. 5. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids onMonday 06 July 2026 as from 14.31 hours (Mauritian Time) till Wednesday 08 July 2026 up to 14.00 hours(Mauritian Time). 6. Bids will be opened online at the address given hereunder on Wednesday 08 July 2026as from 14.01 hours (Mauritian Time) up to 18.00 Hours (Mauritian Time) in the Conference Room of the Central Procurement Board, 1st Floor, Social Security House, Julius Nyerere Avenue, Rose Hill, Mauritius 7. The Municipal Town Council of Curepipe reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
