Tenders Are Invited For Communication Equipment

General Procurement Notice for Acquisition for Communication Equipment The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), and the Government of Sierra Leone (the Government), signed on September 27, 2024 in Washington DC a Compact Agreement of up to Four Hundred Eighty Million United States Dollars (USD $480,000,000) (« MCC Funds ») which includes an additional Fourteen Million Two Hundred Thousand United States Dollars (USD 14,200,000) contribution from the Government of Sierra Leone which aims to increase the availability of affordable and reliable electricity in the country. The Government has designated the Millennium Challenge Account-Sierra Leone (MCA-Sierra Leone) to implement the Governments responsibilities under the Agreement and intends to apply parts of the funds to payments for contracts for Goods, Works and Services. MCC has contracted XL Associates (XLA) to perform Interim Procurement Agent Services on behalf of the Government, for the procurements to be funded by the Compact.
