Tenders are invited for Construction and Completion of the Government Medical College, Teaching Hospital and Allied Buildings at Amravati. Financial Resources The Bidder must demonstrate that its financial resources defined in FIN3, less its financial obligations for its current contract commitments defined in FIN4, meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of Rs. 37.24 crore. Construction Experience Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least one contract that has been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last 5 years and that is similar to the proposed works, i.e. satisfactorily completed at least 400 bedded Hospital & 80 seats medical college (as per NMC norms) where receipt from the project exceeds INR 297.92 crore. Or Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least two contract that has been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last 5 years and that is similar to the proposed works, i.e. satisfactorily completed at least 250 bedded Hospital & 50 seats medical college (as per NMC norms) where receipt from the project exceeds INR 186.20 crore visit Government e-tender portal at https://etenders.gov.in/eprocure/app and www.rites.com and pay a nonrefundable fee of Rs. 18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand only) plus GST against cost of Tender Document. together with a Bid Security and pay a nonrefundable cost of tender document Rs. 18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand only) plus GST through the mode specified in the Tender Document.
