Expression of Interest for Supply of Branded Materials. The scope of services includes the design, production, printing and delivery of, but not limited to, the following items: T-shirts and jerseys Caps Branded fans Flags and flagpoles Lanyards and name tags Lapel pins Roll-up banners Collapsible backdrops Stationery items (including pens, notebooks, diaries, etc.) Reusable water bottles, mugs and vacuum flasks Tote and drawstring bags Footballs and other branded merchandise Selected companies will be shortlisted and included in the EU Delegations roster of service providers. Shortlisted providers may subsequently be invited to participate in competitive bidding processes for the supply of branded and visibility materials as required. Eligibility and Selection Criteria Interested companies must meet the following requirements: Be a duly registered company in Ghana; Demonstrate experience in the production and supply of branded and promotional materials; Ensure that their activities and operations do not present any conflict with the mission, objectives and values of the European Union, including in areas such as foreign policy, social affairs, health and the environment. Submission of Proposals Interested companies are invited to submit: A company profile along with business registration documents A proposal including mock-ups, catalogues and/or photographs of previous works; At least two professional references.
