total Contract For The Rehabilitation Of The Facade And Roof Of Brinken 49 . Descriptionthe Project Comprises A Turnkey Contract For The Rehabilitation Of The Facade And Roof At Brinken 49. The Work Will Help To Ensure The Buildings Technical Condition, Extend The Life Of Central Building Parts And Upgrade Constructions And Building Components In Line With Current Requirements And Standards. Existing Roofing Must Be Dismantled And Replaced With New Roofing. In Connection With The Roof Work, False Ceilings, Loops, Battens And Other Associated Structural Parts Must Be Inspected And Replaced Where Wear, Damage Or Other Conditions That Indicate Replacement Are Discovered. The Brick Facades Must Be Post-Anchored To Improve The Structures Stability And Safety. The Work Includes The Installation Of New Anchorages Against The Underlying Structure. Where It Is Necessary To Carry Out The Improvements, Parts Of The Brick Cladding Must Be Dismantled And Reassembled After The Work Has Been Carried Out. Selected Concrete Pavements Must Be Rehabilitated Through The Repair Of Damage, Repair Of Cracks And Treatment Of Any Corrosion Damage. The Concrete Surfaces Must Be Surface Treated Where This Is Necessary To Ensure Adequate Protection And Extend The Life Of The Structures. Doors And Windows Older Than 2010, Mainly Facing Corridors, Must Be Replaced With New Units That Meet Current Requirements For Energy Efficiency, Air Tightness And Functionality. The Balconies Are To Be Rehabilitated Through Necessary Concrete Repairs, Improvement Of Railing Attachments And Surface Treatment Where This Is Required. All Existing Fittings, Gutters And Downspouts Must Be Dismantled And Replaced With New Components To Ensure Efficient Water Drainage And Reduce The Risk Of Moisture And Water Damage. The General Contractor Must Project, Plan And Carry Out The Works, As Well As Take Care Of The Necessary Coordination, Progress Management, Quality Assurance And Authority Follow-Up To Deliver A Complete And Functional Result.
