The Client Wishes To Contract One Contractor, Who Is Responsible For Directing And Carrying Out The Custom Transport. Management Means Drawing Up The Transport Plan, Trip Registration, Complaints Handling And Providing Information To The Client. Execution Means Transporting Employees Of The Client From The Boarding Location To The Work Location And Vice Versa. The Estimated Value Of The Order Is Based On Historical Data And Excludes Vat. No Rights Can Be Derived From This Estimate. The Estimated Contract Value Is €356,000 Per Year Excluding Vat. With An Initial Contract Duration Of Four (4) Years, The Estimated Value Of The Assignment Is € 1,424,000 Excluding Vat. The Agreement Can Be Extended By The Client A Maximum Of Twice For A Period Of Two (2) Years. Including These Extension Options, The Maximum Total Order Value Is € 2,848,000 Excluding Vat.
