Providing Approximately 250 Multifunctionals On A Rental Basis For Printing, Scanning And Copying; 2. Providing A Print And Scan Management Solution Offered As Saas For The Equipment In Use; 3. Providing Maintenance And Troubleshooting; 4. Providing All Associated Consumables, With The Exception Of Printing Media. 5. Carrying Out An Analysis Of The Current Printing And Scanning Environment And The Use Of The Multifunctionals Within Kentalis, Including An Inventory Of Quantities, Placement, Usage Volumes And Functionalities. Based On This Analysis, The Contractor Draws Up An Optimization Proposal Aimed At A More Efficient Design Of The Printing Environment, Including A Reduction In The Number Of Multifunctionals, Improved Positioning And Appropriate Use Per Location.
