The Tender Aims To Contract One Reliable And Expert Contractor Who: O Delivers Appropriate And Sustainable Solutions That Meet The Individual Needs Of The Client; O Works Client-Oriented And Can Adapt To The Target Group With A Culturally And Stress-Sensitive Approach And Correct Communication; O Carries Out The Home Adjustments, Delivers The Door Machines And Ceiling Lifts And Delivers Them Ready For Use Within Agreed Lead Times And Quality Standards; O Ensures Compliance With The Requirements Of Comfort And Safety, A Long Lifespan With Minimal Environmental Impact; O Provides Adequate And Flexible Service, Maintenance And Aftercare During The Entire Useful Life; O Takes Care Of Dismantling And The Estimated Annual Value Of The Assignment Is €500,000 And Is Based On The Size In 2025.
