The Contracting Authority Is Looking For Seven (7) Contractors To Conclude A Framework Agreement That Oversees: The Provision Of Engineering Services For The Municipality Of Tilburg, With The Aim Of Efficiently, Flexibly And Qualitatively Supporting The Preparation, Development And Supervision Of Various Civil Engineering And Spatial Projects, During The Term Of The Agreement. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Term Of Four (4) Years With The Option To Extend Twice For One (1) Year. The Contracting Authority Estimates The Total Contract Value Of The Framework Agreement At An Amount Of €12,000,000. The Client Assumes An Average Turnover Of €2,000,000 Per Contract Year, Whereby Turnover May Differ Per Year. The Client Assumes That Turnover Will Gradually Increase Each Year During The Term. This Estimate Is Only An Indication And No Rights Can Be Derived From It.
