Deliveries Should Be Made To The Contractors Warehouses On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, In The Cities: Sofia, Vratsa, Levski And Dupnitsa, Or Specific Addresses Of Sites In The Licensed Territory Served By Erm Zapad Ead. On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop, The Commission Will Evaluate The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Before Examining The Documents For Compliance With The Selection Criteria.
