The Subject Of The Order Envisages The Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase For All Project Parts. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Development Of Investment Projects For Construction, Reconstruction, Major Repairs, Including The Implementation Of Measures For Energy Efficiency Of Buildings, As Well As The Development Of Investment Projects For Objects Of The Improvement Infrastructure Such As Parks, Gardens, Childrens, Sports And Fitness Grounds. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Exercise Of Authors Supervision During The Execution Of The Construction. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement Pursuant To Art. 82, Para. 2 Of The Zop With Not All Conditions Defined, With One Contractor. Investment Design Contracts Concluded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Will Aim To Improve The Neighborhoods In The Slatina Area, Creating A Better Living Environment In The Area.
