The Contracting Authority Opens A Procedure On The Basis Of Art. 79, Para. 1; Item 7 Of The Public Procurement Agreement - Negotiation Without Prior Notice With The Subject: Supply Of Fuel For Diesel Engines For Off-Road Equipment And Tractors/Diesel Fuel For The Needs Of The Dp Kabiyuk, Shumen, For A Period Of Three Years /2026-2029/. The Public Order Includes The Periodic Supply Of Diesel Fuel For The Needs Of The Dp Kabiyuk In The City Of Shumen From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Through The Sofia Stock Exchange. The Amount Indicated In The Decision And The Technical Specification Is 450,000 Liters And The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Request Up To 20% More Than This Amount Of Fuel Supply For Diesel Engines For Off-Road Equipment And Tractors For The Duration Of The Contract. The Goods Must Comply With The Bds And The Quality Requirements Specified In The Ordinance On The Requirements For The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, The Conditions, Order And Method Of Their Control Adopted By Decree Of The Ministry Of Interior No. 156/15.07.2003 (Sg, No. 66 Of 2003), Amended And Supplemented By Pms No. 192/16.08.2005 (Sg, No. 69 Of 2005)
