The Provision Of The Service Is Daily And Includes The Preparation And Delivery Of: Breakfast, Complementary Breakfast, Lunch And Afternoon Snack For The Needs Of The Children From Dg Druzhba - The City Of Plovdiv, And Lunch For The Needs Of The Entitled Staff Of The Kindergarten. At The Time Of The Opening Of The Current Procedure, The Number Of Children Is 119, And The Number Of Eligible Employees Is 6 People. The Performance Of The Service Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Samples Of Technical And Price Proposals - An Integral Part Of The Documentation, After A Prior Written Request From The Director Of The Kindergarten Or An Official Authorized By Him. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To The Draft Contract - An Integral Part Of The Documentation. The Contract, Which Will Be Concluded With The Participant Designated As The Contractor, Will Be Valid For 12 (Twelve) Months. It Is Envisaged That The Contract Will Be Renewed Once Under The Same Conditions, Including Term, Volume And Total Value, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract.
