Reasons For Choosing The Public Procurement Procedure: Since The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Is Within The Value Thresholds For Supplies Under Art. 20, Para. 2, Item 2 Of Zop, The Type Of Procedure Is Public Competition. The Procedure Will Be Conducted Under The Conditions Of Article 181, Paragraph 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, As The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Will Be Carried Out Before The Examination Of The Documents For Compliance With The Selection Criteria, And The Examination, Evaluation And Ranking Of The Offers Will Be Conducted In Accordance With Article 61 Of The Public Procurement Act. 3. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into 2 (Two) Separate Items: Separate Position No. 1- Delivery Of Refractory Concrete According To Technical Specification; Separate Position No. 2 - Delivery Of Thermal Insulation Materials The Delivery Includes: Stone And Mineral Wool, Wire Netting, Etc., According To The Technical Specification; The Delivery Of The Specified Materials Will Be Carried Out Through Periodic Deliveries In Quantities Determined By Prior Written Requests, According To The Current Needs Of Heating - Sliven - Eng. Angel Angelov Ead, Regularly During The Term Of The Contract And Will Depend On The Activity And Workload Of The Company. Participants Must Offer All Types Of Materials Conforming To The Technical Specification For The Designated Items.
