Tenders Are Invited For Delivery By Purchase Of Asphalt Mixture And Emulsion For The Needs Of The Unit For Maintaining The Street Network At The Municipality Of Parvomai

Provision For The Needs Of The Street Network Maintenance Unit At Parvomai Municipality Of Asphalt Mixture And Emulsion, The Materials Used In The Production Of Which Should Comply With The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification. The Order Is Divided Into Two Separate Items: Separate Item No. 1: Delivery By Purchase Of Asphalt Mixture Separate Item No. 2: Delivery By Purchase Of Emulsion. The Total Estimated Value Of The Order Is 33,000 (Thirty-Three Thousand) Euros Without Vat Or 39,600 (Thirty-Nine Thousand And Six Hundred Thousand) Euros With Vat, Provided By The Budget Of The Municipality Of Parvomai, Distributed By Individual Items As Follows: - Separate Position No. 1 – 32,750 (Thirty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred And Fifty) Euros Without Vat; - Separate Position No. 2 – 250 (Two Hundred And Fifty) Euros Without Vat. The Awarding Of The Order Under Special Item No. 2 Will Be Carried Out Directly, On The Basis Of Article 21, Paragraph 6 In Conjunction With Article 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Term Of The Concluded Contract Begins To Run From The Date Of Its Signing And Is For A Period Of 1 /One/ Year Or Until Reaching Its Maximum Estimated Value For Each Of The Individual Items, Depending On Which Of The Two Events Occurs Earlier. The Order Will Be Fulfilled In Separate Deliveries/Lots. The Delivery Time For The Individual Batches Is 2 Working Days From The Day Of Submission Of The Request. In This Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Amount Of Asphalt Mixture, For Which The Client Has Submitted A Request.
