The Subject Of The Public Procurement Covers The Provision Of Subscription Service, Maintenance, Consulting And Delivery Of New Licenses/If Necessary/ Of Program Products From The Integrated Hospital Information System Gama. Gamma Are Software Products For A Specialized Hospital Information System, Owned By Gama Consult - Kalinkin, Prokopov And S - Ie Sd. The Company Is The Sole Owner Of Gamma, And The Sole Owner Of All Intellectual Property Rights Over The Product And Has The Right To Sell The Software, As Well As Its Maintenance, On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. Estimated Value Of The Order With Included Options (For Extending The Contract Period) Is In The Amount Of €43,218 /Forty-Three Thousand Two Hundred And Eighteen Euros/ Without Vat, And This Value Includes An Option To Extend The Contract Period Up To 2/Two/ Months, In The Event That At The End Of The Contract Period, The Contracting Authority For Objective Reasons Has Not Been Able To Complete The Procedure For Determining A New Contractor To Perform The Services Under This Procedure, This Contract Remains In Force Until The Final Completion Of The Procedures And The Conclusion Of A New Contract. The Contracting Authority Does Not Restrict Gama Consult - Kalinkin, Prokopov And S - Ie Sd When Submitting An Offer To Offer A Higher Value, To The Extent That The Value Does Not Exceed The Threshold Under Article 20, Paragraph 3, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Estimated Value Is Calculated Based On The Actual Expenditure For The Previous 12 Months For Services With The Same Subject. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Request Additional Licenses From The Product List Of Gama Consult - Kalinkin, Prokopov And S - Ie Sd. The Estimated Value Of The Option For Additional Licenses / Purchase And Subscription Service / And Consulting With A Software Specialist Is €3,000 Excluding Vat, As Follows: - €890 Without Vat For The Purchase Of New Licenses; - 735 € Without Vat For Subscription Service Of Newly Purchased Licenses; - 1,375 € Without Vat For Consultations With A Software Specialist. The Total Estimated Value With Both Options Is €46,218 /Forty-Six Thousand Two Hundred And Eighteen Euros/ Excl. Vat.
