The Subject Of This Order Are Activities For The Supply Of Food Products, Which Are Included In One Group, According To The Food Law, For The Needs Of Nurseries, Childrens Kitchens, Social Institutions And Municipal Structures In The Municipality Of Shumen, Distributed In The Following 9 Separate Positions: 1. Specific Heading No. 1: Meat And Meat Products 2. Specific Heading No. 2: Milk And Milk Products 3. Specific Heading No. 3: Oils And Fats 4. Separate Heading No. 4: Fish, Fish Products And Other Seafood 5. Heading No. 5: Eggs 6. Separate Heading No. 6: Cereals And Cereal-Based Foods 7. Separate Heading No. 7: Potatoes, Root Crops And Pulses 8. Separate Heading No. 8: Fruits, Vegetables And Their Products 9. Separate Heading No. 9: Canned Foods And Other Foodstuffs The Type, Quantity And Requirements For Food Products For Each Individual Item Are Specified In The Attached Technical Specifications Of The Employer. The Term For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is 12 (Twelve) Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For Each Individual Item. There Are Options For Extending The Term Of The Contract By Another 12 Months, Starting From The Date Of Expiry Of The Contract, Of Which The Employer Notifies The Contractor In Writing. The Conditions Under Which The Option Comes Into Effect Are According To Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code And After Signing An Additional Agreement. ​​​​​​​ The Estimated Value Is In The Maximum Total Amount Of 1,725,676.26 Euros (One Million Seven Hundred And Twenty-Five Thousand Six Hundred And Seventy-Six Euros And Twenty-Six Euro Cents) Without Vat And It Includes: The Total Estimated Value Of The Order For 12 Months - In The Amount Of 862,838.13 Euros (Eight Hundred And Sixty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred And Thirty-Eight Euros And Thirteen Euro Cents) Without Vat And Option For Another 12 Months - In The Total Amount Of 862,838.13 Euros (Eight Hundred And Sixty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred And Thirty-Eight Euros And Thirteen Euro Cents) Without Vat, Which Takes Effect From The Date Of Expiry Of The Contract And After Signing A Supplementary Agreement. ​​​​
