Delivery Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specifications, The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, As Well As All Other Valid Legal Documents Related To The Performed Repair Works And The Public Procurement Agreement; B. Warranty Service Until The Warranty Period Expires C. Removal Of All Detected Defects Within The Warranty Period; The Complete Information Regarding The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In Part.
