The Implementation Of This Public Procurement Is In Connection With The Implementation Of An Object: Construction And Equipment Of New Social And Integrated Health And Social Services For Residential Care For Adults With Intellectual Disabilities, Adults With Dementia And Center For Specialized Support For Persons With Disabilities And Their Families, Under Project Bg-Rrp-11.018 Construction And Equipment Of New Social And Integrated Health And Social Services For Residential Care And Specialized Social Services For Persons With Disabilities Under Operational Program: National Recovery And Resilience Plan, Priority Axis: Social Inclusion. During The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works Of The Building, It Was Found That The Existing Fence Of The Property Provided For The Current Social Services Is Missing In Some Places. In Connection With The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works Of The Construction Site, Part Of The Fence Of The Property Had To Be Removed In Order To Technologically Implement It And Ensure Access Of The Large-Sized Construction Equipment. It Was Established That Part Of The Existing Fence Of The Property Is Highly Compromised And Some Sections Of It Are Not Subject To Restoration Works. In This Regard, The Need Arises For The Fence Of The Property Intended For Social Services To Be Surrounded With A New Fence In Order To Limit The Access Of Citizens And Outsiders To The Buildings Subject To Social Services, And Also To Limit The Users Of Social Services From Leaving The Territory Of The Social Housing Without Hindrance. In This Regard, The Compromised Sections Of The Fence Need To Be Repaired. In This Regard, The Ministry Of Labor And Social Policy Has Allocated Additional Funds With Additional Agreement No. 02 To Contract No. Bg-Rrp-11.018-0001-C01, Under Investment Modernization Of Long-Term Care To The National Plan For Recovery And Sustainability, Procedure By Direct Provision Of Funds To Specific Final Recipients Construction And Equipment Of New Social And Integrated Health And Social Services For Residential Care And Specialized Social Services For Persons With Disabilities. The Construction And Repair Works, The Subject Of The Award In This Order, Are The Main Part Of The Implementation Of Constructions, According To Ordinance No. 1 Of July 30, 2003 On The Nomenclature Of The Types Of Constructions, Namely Reconstructions, Alterations, Major Repairs And Changing The Purpose Of Buildings And Facilities For Public Services.
