Construction Is The Third Category According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Zut And Is Implemented On The Basis Of Construction Permit No. 225 Dated 15.12.2025, Issued By The Municipality Of Plovdiv - District South, And An Approved Investment Project. The Scope Includes The Following Project Parts: Road (Construction Of Street Lane And Road Structure); Water Supply And Sewerage (Street Water Supply And Sewerage Branches); Electrical (Street Lighting, As Well As Displacement And Protection Of Existing Power Line Facilities); And Traffic Organization. The Order Covers Only Phase I Of The Site. It Is Not Divided Into Separate Positions Due To The Uniform Nature And Technological Dependence Of The Activities Performed On The Basis Of A Single Construction Permit And A Single Investment Project. Award Criterion: Optimal Quality/Price Ratio According To Art. 70, Para. 2, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. Maximum Term Of Execution: 250 Calendar Days. Warranty Period: From 3 To 6 Years.
