The Subject Of The Order Falls Within The Scope Of Appendix No. 2 To The Ppa. The Activities Subject To The Present Procedure Are The Implementation Of Round-The-Clock Physical Unarmed Security Of The Building Stock, Movable And Immovable Property Included In The List Of Social Services Under Appendix No. 2 To Art. 11, Para. 3 Of The Civil Code Under The Description Security Services. The Subject Of This Order Is The Performance Of Security Activities Through Physical Presence, Round-The-Clock Physical Security And Access Control Regime, Including On Weekends And Holidays, Of The Building Stock, Movable And Immovable Property Located On The Territory Of Free Zone - Ruse Ead, In Accordance With The Law On Private Security Activities /Zchod/, Pron. Dv. No. 10 Of January 30, 2018, The By-Laws And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Should Also Carry Out The Activity Of Organizing And Collecting Fees When Implementing The Transit Regime, Namely: Stay Fee, Sanitary Facilities Fee And Weigher Fee, And The Implementation Is According To The Technical Specification Attached To This Invitation. ​​​​​​​
