Implementation Of Construction For A Site: Prevention Of The Risk Of Floods Along The Scut River On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Borovan Under Procedure Bg16ffpr002-4.006 - Natural Measures For The Prevention And Management Of The Risk Of Floods Under Priority 4 Risk And Climate Change Under The Program Environment 2021-2027 The Order Includes The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works Under An Approved Investment Project For A Site Related To The Prevention And Reduction Of The Risk Of Floods Along The Scut River In The Land Of The Village Of Nivyanin, Borovan Municipality. The Scope Of The Order Includes All The Activities Provided For In The Investment Project, The Technical Specification And The Bill Of Quantities, Including Preparatory Works, Construction Of An Earthen Embankment Dam, Selective Cleaning Of Vegetation Along The River Bed And Banks, Weeding, Area Afforestation, Protective Activities Around The Forested Areas, As Well As All Accompanying Works Necessary For The Complete And High-Quality Implementation Of The Construction. The Contractor Should Organize, Coordinate And Execute The Entire Construction Process Within The Agreed Time, In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authorities, The Approved Investment Project, The Bill Of Quantities, The Technical Specification, The Construction Permit, The Public Procurement Contract And The Current Regulations. When Performing The Construction And Assembly Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With All Legal Requirements, The Prescriptions Of The Competent Authorities, The Instructions Of The Construction Supervision, The Authors Supervision And The Assignors, As Well As The Conditions Set In The Documentation For The Public Procurement And In The Contract. The Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order Represent Functionally, Technologically And Spatially Related Measures To Protect Against The Harmful Effects Of Water. Their Division As Gray And Green Measures Has A Technical, Budgetary And Reporting Nature And Does Not Constitute A Division Of The Order Into Separate Items.
