The Main Objectives Of The Project Are To Restore And Improve The Transport And Operational Qualities Of The Road Section, Which Includes:  Improvement Of The Structural Condition Of The Existing Pavement, Improvement Of Technical Elements;  Guaranteeing The Wearability And Evenness Of The Pavement;  Ensuring Good Drainage;  Traffic Safety. The Execution Of The Construction Includes The Following Activities That Are Related To The Construction Of The Object And Are A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To Them: 1. Implementation Of Smr According To The Technical Project, The Prescriptions And Orders In The Order Book, Including Provided By Quantity - Value Accounts For Smr; 2. Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Construction Products Necessary And Corresponding To The Investment Project; 3. Production And/Or Delivery Of Construction Details/Elements And Equipment And Their Investment In The Construction; 4. Notifying The Employer Of The Need For Additional Design; 5. Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests; 6. Compilation Of Construction Documents And Preparation Of The Executive Documentation Of The Construction; 7. Participation In The Procedure For Putting The Construction Into Operation; 8. Removal Of Deficiencies Identified During The Handover Of The Construction And Its Commissioning; 9. Removal Of Manifested Defects During The Warranty Periods, Which Are In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003 For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Warranty Periods For The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites.
