The Objects Are On The Territory Of Tsarevo Municipality And Are Described In Detail By Type And Location. When The Need For The Security Of An Assigned Site Ceases, The Contracting Authority Notifies The Contractor In Writing Of The Removal Of The Need For The Service And Pays The Corresponding Amount By The Day Following The Day Of Receipt Of The Notification By The Contractor. The Term For Payment Of Compensation For A Single And Aggregate Case And For Covering Property And Non-Property Damages Is Within 30 (Thirty) Calendar Days From The Signing Of A Protocol To Establish The Amount Of Compensation Due.
