The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Through The Purchase Of Fuels For Refueling The Motor Vehicles Used By The Municipality Of Kaloyanovo As Well As The Secondary Allocators Of Budget Funds, Such As The Institutions In The Preschool And School Education System. The Participant Should Offer The Following Types Of Fuel: Diesel Motor Fuel, Diesel Motor Fuel With The Addition Of A-95H Motor Gasoline And Propane-Butane (Auto-Gas). The Estimated Quantities Of Fuel Required For The Operation Of Motor Vehicles Are: Diesel Motor Fuel - 90,000 Liters ± 10%, Diesel Motor Fuel With Additive - 15,000 Liters ± 10%, Unleaded Gasoline A95h - 9,000 Liters ± 10% And Propane-Butane (Auto Gas) - 6,000 Liters ± 10%. The Specified Quantities Are Estimated, Therefore They Can Be Changed According To The Needs Of The Employer. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Use Them (And/Or Not To Purchase) In The Specified Volume. The Quality And Expiration Dates Of The Fuels Are In Accordance With The Current And Relevant Standards /Bds/ And The Ordinance On The Requirements For The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, The Conditions, Order And Manner Of Their Control /Adopted By Pms No. 156 Of 15.07.2003 And Its Subsequent Amendments/ And Other Normative Acts Related To The Matter. The Contract Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Conclusion And Is Valid For 36 (Thirty-Six) Months Or Until The Announced Estimated Value Of The Order Is Reached Or Until The Estimated Quantities Are Reached, Whichever Event Occurs Earlier. Note: The Specified Quantities Are Estimated And The Buyer Will Use Them According To His Needs And Within His Budget Up To The Amount Of The Announced Estimated Value Of The Order. The Current Procurement Will Be Carried Out Under The Terms Of Art. 65, Para. 1, Item 2 Of Ppzop, I.E. Without Applying Art. 64, Para. 2 And Para. 3 Of The Ppzop, Since The Contract Will Be Concluded On The Basis Of Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 7 Of The Civil Code.
