And No. L-438-12/30.03.2015 For The Implementation Of The Activity Supply Of Natural Gas From An End Supplier For The Territory Of The Municipality Of Yambol, Where The Sites Of Pgpstt N.Y. Vsaptsarov Are Located. The Estimated Budget Of The Contracting Authority For The Supply Of Natural Gas For A Period Of 12 /Twelve/ Months Was Made In Connection With Art. 21, Para. 8, Item 1 Of The Ppa Is Based On The Actual Total Value Of Supplies Of The Same Type That Were Awarded In The Previous 12 Months, Adjusted For Any Changes In Quantity Or Value That Could Occur In A Period Of 12 Months After The Award Of The Order. The Estimated Value Is Not A Limit And The Amounts Paid Under The Contract May Exceed The Announced Value, Due To The Unpredictability And Dynamism Of The Price Of Natural Gas At The Date Of The Announcement Of The Procedure And In The Long Term.
