Tenders Are Invited For Provision For Use And Servicing Of Multifunctional Devices For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv And The Units Of Municipal Budget Support

The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Provision For Use (Rental) And Full Servicing Of Black-And-White And Color Multi-Functional Devices, In Accordance With The Minimum Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Should Ensure: Delivery Of The Devices To Administrative Addresses And Office Premises Specified By The Employer, Full On-Site Servicing And Their Relocation And/Or Removal (Transportation), If Necessary. The Addresses Of The Administrative Buildings To Which The Delivery Of The Necessary Devices Should Be Made Are In The Territory Of The City Of Plovdiv. The Required Copiers Have A Total Estimated Quantity Of 97, Of Which: Black And White (Monochrome) Multifunctional Devices, A4 Format - 49 Pieces; Black And White (Monochrome) Multifunctional Devices, Format A3 – 22 Pieces; Color Multifunctional Devices, A4 Format – 14 Pieces; Color Multifunctional Devices, Format A3 - 12 Pieces. The Specified Number Of Copiers Is Estimated, And The Employer Reserves The Right, During The Term Of The Contract, Not To Request In Full, As Well As To Request Services Above The Specified Estimated Quantities, Until The Maximum Value Of The Contract Is Reached. The Provision Of The Necessary Copying Equipment Is Carried Out After A Written Request Has Been Submitted By The Contracting Authority And Its Structural Units To The Contractor, Which Specifies The Specific Type And Number Of Devices, As Well As Their Location (Address, Including Floor And Office Space / Office). The Minimum Requirements That Copiers Must Meet Are Specified In The Technical Proposal.
