Jun 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Training & Capacity Building Remuneration range: 1000 to 2000 (USD) Context & Background: Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and the company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon. The ScaleSmart program aims to support pre-seed or seed startups working in different sectors to scale up by equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to plan a solid fundraising path, matching them with investors and investment opportunities, and improving their chances of successfully raising funds. Scope of Work: The ScaleSmart Program seeks a Pitching Expert to prepare entrepreneurs on the following subjects: Storyline identification and creation. Assisting entrepreneurs in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with their audience. Ensuring each pitch tells a cohesive and persuasive story aligned with the startups mission and goals. Training the Entrepreneurs on delivering 60 second pitches (Elevator Pitch) without visual aids. Training the Entrepreneurs on a 3-minute Investment pitch with visual aids (Pitch Deck). Emphasize clarity, brevity, and impact to ensure entrepreneurs can effectively communicate their value proposition in a brief interaction. Cover techniques to maintain attention and effectively communicate the startups growth potential and financial needs. Provide specialized training to improve entrepreneurs body language, demeanor, stress management, and tone. Equip entrepreneurs with the tools to capture the attention of investors, clients, and other stakeholders, increasing their chances of success. Deliverables Deliver an on-site workshop and a minimum of 2 one-on-one sessions (60 minutes/session) for the 4 ScaleSmart Batch 3 startups. Help startups create a Pitch Deck for short presentations Support the startups in creating a full Investment Deck for Investors presentations Ensure the Entrepreneurs ability to deliver a convincing pitch Conduct preparatory meetings with the Berytech Team to align the content of the sessions as well as the approaches and responsibilities under this agreement. Submit a detailed written report on every startups progress throughout the mentoring and conduct meetings with the Berytech team for verbal feedback. Provide comprehensive content and materials that can be used by the entrepreneurs during the clinics. These materials will include detailed templates, readings for the startup to research and understand the topic more, suggested links and sources on the topic...etc. All these materials should be uploaded in coordination with the Berytech team to make them accessible for the startups. Qualifications A minimum of 8 years in helping company deliver pitches to multiple stakeholders Demonstratable knowledge of the various fields related to pitching including Body Language, Public Speaking, Negotiation Skills, and Graphic Design. Effective communicator with any audience in an organized, professional manner.
