Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of an Existing Building and Provision and Modification of 20 Ft Containerised Store with External Works and Equipment, Maiduguri. Date Added: June 4, 2026 Deadline: 22/06/2026 Category: Engineering Services MAG (Mines Advisory Group), one of the worlds leading humanitarian organizations providing conflict-affected countries with a real chance for a better future, is implementing a Physical Security and Stockpile Management (PSSM) project with our partner. Through this letter, MAG invites bidders to offer their services by submitting a Tender as described in the Request for Tender (RFT). Introduction General: MAG invites for electronic bids (Scanned copy of bound, pages numbered document) for the specified works. MAG reserves the right to contact tenderers and request the paper hard copies to be delivered. The Contents of the hard copy should be the same as the content of the electronical bid received. Eligible Bidders: Bidders should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by MAG to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of works under this Invitation to Bids. Bidders shall be legally incorporated entities, or groups formed by such as joint ventures. In the event that prequalification of potential bidders has been undertaken, only bids from prequalified bidders shall be considered for award of Contract. If MAG has not undertaken prequalification of potential bidders, all bidders shall include the information and documents specified in clause 6 of this Instruction to Bidders. Cost of Bid: The Bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the Bid and MAG will in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the solicitation.
