Participation in this tender is open, on equal conditions, to all national consultant firms specialized in the study and supervision of construction works and holding a valid registration certificate. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Frw 1,560,000 issued by an authorized financial institution (Commercial Bank or Insurance Company) operating in Rwanda.
