Tenders are invited for Supervision of the Construction of the Public Building of the Rwanda Medical and Dental Council Located in Kigali. Participation in this tender is open, on equal conditions, to all national consultant firms specialized in the study and supervision of construction works and holding a valid registration certificate. The Request for Proposal (RFP) may be obtained from RMDC through the email address: [email protected], or hard copy from the RMDC Head office located at Kacyiru Executive Apartment (KEA), upon submission of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwanda Francs (Frw 10,000) deposited into Account No. 100001138116 of RMDC opened at BANK OF KIGALI (BK) The RFP shall be sent to the bidder within one (1) working day following the submission of the bank slip. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Frw 1,560,000 issued by an authorized financial institution (Commercial Bank or Insurance Company) operating in Rwanda.
