Tenders are invited for Provision of Cleaning, Janitorial, Garden Maintenance and Manpower Services to the Eastern University, Sri Lanka - 2026/2027 A complete set of Bidding Documents in the English language may be purchased by the interested bidders from the Deputy Registrar, General Services Division, Eastern University, Sri Lanka, Vantharumoolai, Chenkalady by submission of a written application addressed to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Eastern University, Sri Lanka, Vantharumoolai, Chenkalady along with the receipt for the payment of Rs. 15,000.00 per document (Fifteen Thousand only) made as non-refundable fee credited to any branch of the Peoples Bank to the A/c No. 227-1-001-4-0000024, Peoples Bank, Chenkalady in favour of the "Bursar, Eastern University, Sri Lanka" from 03/06/2026 to 23/06/2026 during office hours from 10.00 a.m. to 03.30 p.m. Bids shall be valid for 91 calendar days up to 23/09/2026 from the date of closing of bids. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 650,000.00 obtained from any commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in favour of Vice Chancellor, Eastern University, Sri Lanka. Bid Security shall be valid for 119 calendar days up to 21/10/2026 from the date of closing of bids.
