Tenders are invited for Microsoft Excel Training Professional Trainers International Committee of the Red Cross ICRC Tender Description The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is an impartial, neutral, and independent organization whose exclusively humanitarian mission is to protect the lives and dignity of victims of war and internal violence and to provide them with assistance. It also endeavors to prevent suffering by promoting and strengthening humanitarian law and universal humanitarian principles. The ICRC Delegation in Israel and the Occupied Territories (IL/OT) is seeking qualified trainers for the following topics: 1. Microsoft Excel Training Practical, hands-on Excel training tailored to the needs of the staff. Sessions should cover relevant skill levels (from beginner to advanced) and focus on real-world applications. 2. Presentation Efficiency Training Training aimed at helping staff communicate more clearly and effectively through structured, impactful presentations. Topics may include slide design, storytelling, delivery techniques, and audience engagement. 3. Leadership & Management Training Development programs for current and emerging leaders that cover topics such as people management, decision-making, team dynamics, and effective communication in complex environments. Delivery Locations Training will be delivered across four sites. Applicants are invited to apply from the following locations: Tel Aviv (TLV) Jerusalem (JER) West Bank (WB) Gaza (GAZ) Applicants may apply for one or more topics and/or locations. Please indicate your area(s) of expertise and the site(s) you are available to cover in your application. Payments will be made in a single installment upon completion of the contracting period. Selection Criteria Proposals will be evaluated based on the following weighted criteria: 1. Financial Proposal Price Competitiveness (35%) 2. Technical Experience and Track Record (30%) Demonstrated experience delivering training in the relevant topic area(s) Microsoft Excel, Presentation Efficiency, and/or Leadership and Management with evidence of successful outcomes and participant impact. 3. Technical Proposal and Training Approach (25%) Clarity and quality of the proposed training methodology, session structure, learning objectives, participant engagement approach, and any assessment or follow-up mechanisms included. 4. Legal and Operational Eligibility (10%) Ability to enter into a formal contract as a registered company, institution, or qualified individual, in compliance with ICRC compliance standards.
