Tenders are invited for Psychosocial Support Counselor Contracting a Psychosocial Support Counselor in Southern Hebron Governorate QADER Community Development Foundation Introduction QADER Community Development Foundation is an independent, non-profit Palestinian NGO established in 2008 in Bethlehem. The organization works through a dual-track approach focused on empowering and protecting children, women, and youth with disabilities from all forms of marginalization, discrimination, and disability- and gender-based violence. At the same time, it works to align social, institutional, and policy environments with the principles of disability inclusion and "leaving no one behind" in Palestine. Through this approach, the Foundation seeks to enhance the meaningful participation of children, women, and youth with disabilities in all aspects of life and ensure their access to their full rights in accordance with national laws and international human rights standards. The Protection Program is one of QADERs core programs. It aims to reduce all forms of discrimination, marginalization, violence, and inequality faced by children, women, and youth with disabilities in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, while ensuring their safe and equitable access to protection services, particularly services addressing disability- and gender-based violence. To achieve this, QADER implements a comprehensive approach that includes psychosocial support interventions, community awareness activities, case management, and coordination with protection actors and civil society organizations to ensure beneficiaries receive all necessary services. Assignment Objective QADER seeks to contract a Psychosocial Support Counselor in the southern Hebron Governorate to implement Protection Program interventions. The counselor will support the implementation of protection activities in the southern West Bank, specifically in the towns of Al-Dhahiriya and As-Samu, including: Institutional coordination with local organizations and stakeholders. Conducting psychosocial needs assessments for target groups. Providing individual and group psychosocial support and counseling services. Delivering community awareness activities.
