The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Construction Works And Services In The Field Of Ongoing Construction Maintenance And 24-Hour Construction Emergency Services In Buildings With Associated Land Development And Other Construction Facilities Managed By The Real Estate Management Company In The Praga-Południe District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works And Maintenance Activities In Residential Premises, Vacant Premises, Commercial Premises, Premises Of The Ordering Party, Common Parts Of Buildings, Basements, Attics, Cells, Staircases, Roofs, Facades, Yards, Accesses, Passages And Other Construction And Land Development Elements Belonging To The Resources Of Zgn Praga - Południe.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Types Of Works And Activities: 1) General Construction, Repair, Reconstruction And Security Works Related To Maintaining The Resource In Proper Technical Condition; 2) Repair Of Plasters, Cladding, Walls, Walls, Ceilings, Ceilings, Floors, Stairs, Platforms, Plinths, Thresholds And Other Building Elements; 3) Bricklaying, Plastering, Painting, Flooring And Carpeting Works, Carpentry, Glasswork, Blacksmithing And Locksmithing, Carpentry, Stovework Within The Scope Of The Work Table Or Individual Order;4) Minor Roofing And External Works, Including Repairs Of Sheet Metal Flashings, Flashings, Seals, Window Sills, Plinths, Canopies, Cornices, Manholes, Balustrades And Auxiliary Elements;5) Intervention And Protection Works After Leaks, Floods, Moisture, Mechanical Damage, Acts Of Vandalism, Random Events And Other Events Affecting The Safety Of Users Or Property;6) Chimney And Ventilation Works In The Field Of Construction, Including Activities Indicated In Opz, Stwior, Work Table Or Unit Order;7) Installation, Replacement And Repair Of Ventilation Grilles, Inspection Doors, Air Vents, Making Ventilation Holes In Doors And Other Construction Activities Affecting The Proper Use Of Elements Ventilation;8) Performance Of Other Construction Works Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Individual Order, Provided That They Are Included In The Subject Of The Order And Have Been Qualified By The Ordering Party.4. The Detailed Scope Of Work Was Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter: Opz) And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Hereinafter: Stwiorb).5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Of Work Specified By The Ordering Party During The Execution Of The Order By Reducing Or Increasing The Number Of Works And Changing The Scope Of Work By Adding New Items (Other Than In The Bill Of Quantities Or The Table Of Works) Due To The Need To Adapt The Work To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.
