1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Build Investment Of: Modernization Of The Helicopter Landing Pad At The Emergency Department In Spzoz In Parczew. The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of The Existing Above-Ground Helipad At The Independent Public Health Care Facility In Parczew At Ul. Kościelna 136, 21-200 Parczew. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of A Full-Discipline Construction Inventory For The Purposes Of Preparing Design Documentation; 2) Preparation Of The Necessary Starting Materials, Maps, Design Expertise And Attachments For The Ordering Party To Obtain All Legally Required Opinions And Arrangements For The Renovated Elements Whose Nature Of The Works Will Require It; 3) Preparation Of Design Documentation, Opinions, Arrangements And All Documents Necessary For The Modernization On The Basis Of The Attached Functional And Utility Program And Arrangements With The Ordering Party And Compliance With Detailed Regulations;4) Carrying Out Construction, Assembly And Installation Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Task Should Be Completed Comprehensively And Completely From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is To Serve, Together With The Necessary Acceptance And Handed Over To The Ordering Party On A Turnkey Basis, I.E. Enabling The Use Of The Facility, Without Incurring Additional Costs By The Ordering Party.5) Exercising Authors Supervision By The Designer;6) Obtaining Final Acceptance, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions; In Particular, All Arrangements, Opinions, And Documentation Required Under Polish Law Must Be Obtained For The Design, Construction, Commissioning And Commissioning, Including Updating The Landing Field Operations Manual, Updating The Landing Field Rescue Plan, Obtaining A Positive Opinion From The Air Emergency Service, And Preparing Full Registration Documentation For The Modernized Landing Field.
