The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task In The Design And Build Formula - Renovation Of An External Parking Lot On The Area Under The Permanent Management Of The Police Headquarters At Ul. Wiśniowa 58 In Warsaw. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 1 To The Draft Agreement). The Subject Of The Order Includes Two Stages: Stage I - Which Includes, In Particular, The Development Of Design Documentation And Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit; Stage Ii - Which Includes, In Particular, The Performance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Construction Works Or Works, On The Basis Of Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, Carrying Out Authors Supervision And Obtaining A Final Decision Authorizing The Use Of The Parking Lot In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Decision On The Building Permit.
