The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Parking Spaces Located In Two Bays And An Access Road At The Headquarters Of The Provincial Office Of Geodesy And Agricultural Land Management In Lublin On Plots With Registration Numbers: 34/6, 34/7 (Figure 18, Sheet 9) At Ul. Bursaki 17 In Lublin.2. The Contractor Will Perform The Order In Accordance With The Offer, The Principles Of Construction Practice, Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection, Applicable Legal Provisions And The Annex. No. 5 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Consists Of: 1) Land Development Design; 2) Technical Design; 3) Detailed Design; 4) Architectural And Construction Design; 5) Offer Cost Estimate; 6) Bill Of Quantities; 7) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.3. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of Parking Spaces Located In Bays On Both Sides Of The Building. The Ordering Party Stipulates That Due To The Continuity Of Use Of The Parking Lot, The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Construction With One Parking Bay, And After Completion, Proceed To The Construction Of The Second Bay. The Choice Of The Place To Start The Work Will Be Agreed By The Contractor With The Ordering Party Before The Commencement Of The Works.4. The Materials And Devices Used In The Execution Of The Order Should Meet The Quality Requirements For Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, Specified In The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213) And Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended) The Requirements Of The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works As Well As The Construction And Executive Design.5. The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Organize And Develop The Construction Site, 2) Mark And Secure The Works Performed And Ensure Safety On The Construction Site, 3) Maintain Order At And Around The Place Where The Subject Of The Contract Is Being Performed, 4) Waste Management - The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Garbage And Material Waste To The Landfill On An Ongoing Basis. The Costs Related To Landfill Fees Are Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All The Obligations Of The Producer And Holder Of Waste Within The Meaning Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste.
