The Publication Is A Continuation Of The Series Of Free Art Textbooks Published By Cea And Is Intended For Students And Teachers Of Secondary Schools Of Art.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Terms Of Reference.3. Subcontractors: A) The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer The Part Of The Order The Execution Of Which He Intends To Entrust To A Subcontractor And To Provide The Names Of The Subcontractors Companies. B) Before Commencing The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor, If Already Known, Provides The Names Or Contact Details Of The Subcontractors And Their Contact Persons Involved In The Service. The Contractor Shall Notify The Ordering Party Of Any Changes To The Data Referred To In The First Sentence During The Execution Of The Order, And Also Provides Information On New Subcontractors To Whom It Later Intends To Entrust The Provision Of The Service. C) Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of This Order.
